ISN Editorial Update: Lisa Soar’s Departure
It is with mixed emotions that we announce Lisa Soar, our dedicated Editor of International Sheepdog News (ISN), will be moving on to pastures new, after the completion of the Winter edition. Lisa has been an integral part of the ISDS team, bringing passion, professionalism, and a deep love for sheepdogs to every edition of ISN. Her commitment and creativity have helped shape the magazine into the world’s leading publication for sheepdog enthusiasts, and we are deeply grateful for her years of service.
As Lisa embarks on her next chapter, Council is taking this opportunity to review the future direction of ISN and member communications/engagement. We recognise the magazine’s importance to our members and the wider sheepdog community, and we are keen to hear your ideas and any expressions of interest; Whether you have thoughts on the magazine’s format, frequency, content, or wish to get involved, please make contact isabel.branch@isds.org.uk.
On behalf of the Council and wider Society, we wish Lisa every success and happiness in her future endeavours. Thank you, Lisa, for everything you have contributed to ISN and the ISDS over the last 10 years.
Council will keep members updated as plans develop. Your feedback and involvement are warmly welcomed.
Best wishes,
John McCullough and Isabel Branch
Chairman and CEO, International Sheep Dog Society
