Server issues in the office & on MyISDS

Please be aware that we are experiencing issues with our server today and that MyISDS may not be working as it should for you.

We are also experiencing some glitches in the office, meaning we are currently only able to help you if you have your membership number and dog registration numbers to hand.

Our IT developers are working on resolving this as quickly as they can.

If you require any assistance, please contact the office on 01234 352672. If you cannot get through, please email office@isds.org.uk asking for a call back and someone will contact you as soon as they possibly can. Please ensure you have all your information to hand otherwise we may not be able to help you.

Please be aware we are experiencing a higher volume of calls due to this and as a small team we are working as hard as we can.

We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience whilst we work through this issue. We hope to be back up and fully operation very soon!
