To all current or former owners of an ISDS registered dog or an ISDS member, the ISDS would like you to give them consent to manage your personal data.
For those of you that have not provided an email address to the ISDS you can now download a copy of the GDPR consent form to complete and return.
Please support the ISDS in this task by sharing copies of this form with anybody that might not have access.
