Office Update - COVID-19

After 10 months of being COVID free, unfortunately we now have our first case of COVID within the office team. We are experiencing this virus first hand now and witness the seriousness nature of it.
We continue to receive high volumes of work on a daily/weekly basis and are doing everything we can to process your work, and answer your queries as quickly as possible, please bear with us during these difficult times.
We are extremely proud that throughout the COVID pandemic we have maintained our service to our members, albeit slower at times, but nevertheless we have continued to answer your phone calls and emails, and process your memberships and registration work, this has been a great success for the Society.
Our current backlog of work extends to four weeks, and an ongoing assessment of our workload is taking place weekly, and we will update you accordingly of any changes to this. We appreciate your patience.
We continue to support our staff to ensure the safety of them all, and we thank them all for their continued hard work.
