Work Processes - Phase 2

With the next phase of Covid-19 guidelines that have been introduced by Government recently we have now relaxed some of our measures that were in place regarding the processes for carrying out work.

Some of you may already of received some post from us this week and by early July we should be in the position to issue the backlog of Registration Certificates and Transfer of Registered Owner Certificates.

Staff have now been authorised to issue post that can be processed without visiting a Post Office, maintaining self-distancing to keep them safe.

We will continue to email Puppy Registration Folders, Mating Cards, Transfer Forms and Sample Collection Forms.

Long term our goal is to develop further processes that can be accessed via MyISDS, allowing our members further independence, reducing unnecessary cost to the Society and allowing us to invest in development of online processes and over time, decrease our carbon footprint.

We are very proud that our staff have been able to stay safe, healthy and work remotely throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. We have continued to support our members and keep the work flow in place.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our staff for their hard work and dedication to the Society throughout lockdown, remaining supportive and positive to all our members.
