Office - Working from home

Office Update:
We have been establishing a process to enable all our office staff to work from home in the coming weeks, however we have been advised by management of the serviced office that the ISDS resides in that the building could face closer as of Friday 20th March.
We are now forced to accelerate this implementation and for the remainder of the week all staff will be focusing on accomplishing this, so please do bear with us during this transition period.
We would appreciate it if all calls and emails are limited to urgent only, and once we are up and running from home we will advise you of how we will be managing the office and every day work tasks. At this moment in time we are doing everything we can to ensure there is little to no impact.
All Royal Mail post will be redirected from the office, therefore should you wish to continue using the postal service we are still accepting post as normal.
As of today please could you not send cheque payments in to the office. Our staff will not be able to process cheques in the normal manner as we will not allow them to be exposed to public shared environments such as banks and post offices. Where a payment is required, if you provide us with a phone number to contact you on we will call you to take payment over the phone.
Once again we appreciate your understanding during this time of uncertainty, but as a team we remain positive that we will maintain our excellent service to you all. We will keep you updated with lead times for processing work as soon as possible.
During the time that our staff will be working from home our phone lines will remain manned as normal.
We realise that a number of our members do not use Facebook and do not have access to the internet to view the website, therefore we would appreciate it if you could share this information to anybody that you think might not receive it through these methods.
