If you are not entirely satified with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you recieved it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you recieved it, in its original packaging.

Yor item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

All items must be returned to The ISDS, Clifton House, Goldington Road, Bedford, MK40 3NF

Refunds

Once we recieve your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have recived your returned item. We will immediatley notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will request your bank details to issue a refund.  

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
